Refund policy

Returns Policy

Perifit offers a return window for its products to receive a full refund on your order:*

- 100 days for Perifit Care/Care+ probes
- 30 days for Perifit Pump
- 30 days for unopened accessories (opened accessories cannot be returned).

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Contact our support team with your order number at support@perifit.co to start the return process:

  1. Print the return packing slip and the pre-paid return label.
  2. Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box so that we can identify your order.
  3. Repackage your return product and put the return packing slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape). 
  4. You have 7 days to drop your return package at the closest carrier location.

* shipping fees paid on the original order are not refundable

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take up to 72 hours on business days before appearing on your bank account or paypal account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@perifit.co. 

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@perifit.co.
