Will shipping be delayed due to Black Friday volume?
Our commitment to you is our priority. Our warehouse will dispatch your order within 24 hours, just as we do all year round.
While we are getting your order out the door at our usual speed, please be aware that all shipping carriers experience extremely high volumes during this period. This may result in a potential delivery delay of 1 to 2 days beyond the standard shipping time.
Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number the moment your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for Black Friday purchases?
All purchases made during our Black Friday event are covered by our usual return policy. You can shop with complete peace of mind. Here’s how it works:
- 100-day risk-free trial for our Kegel exercisers;
- 30-day risk-free trial for our breast pumps;
- 30-day return window for all unopened accessories.
Making a return is free and easy. Simply contact our support team at support@perifit.co to request a return label.
For your safety and for hygienic reasons, please note that opened accessories cannot be returned. All returned products are recycled and are never refurbished or restocked.
