The Perifit is meant to exercise the muscules. Train 3 times a week. It does not give muscle stimulations and is only for exercise. The games are Nice to do. To short to tell if it works.

Bonne contenance, facile à remplir, à vider et à laver, complètement étanche, stockage compact lorsque pas utilisé. Une seule critique: le silicone sent fort, je ne sais pas si ça affecte le gout du lait mais ça ne me fait pas envie (même si ça ne gêne pas bébé)

In the description of the product it says the balls are 30g, 40g, and 50g.
I received my set today and they are actually 40g, 57g, and 65.5g.
Outside of that the product looks exactly as descibed. The lovely purple colour and velvety feel. Im going to try them today and write an update in a couple of weeks :)
Con questi esercizi ti rendi consapevole dei muscoli del pavimento pelvico ed è divertente giocare contraendo e rilassando per guadagnare punti in gare di vario tipo. Una sorta di giochi olimpici per noi donne!

I am very satisfied with the Perfit device. After only three weeks of use, I have already achieved visible results, which has given me a lot of motivation to continue.
